Our prices are subject to change without notice and are based on hair length and texture. Your Artist will confirm the price with you before starting any service and inform you of any special instructions. We offer a tiered-pricing structure for many of our services to ensure the best quality of service for you as our valued guest. We believe everyone should have a true Eminence experience with only the best educated professionals in our area. In order to fully enjoy your experience, guests will not be permitted to blow dry, cut, or style their own hair with our professionals' tools or styling products. Our Artists are well-versed and knowledgeable in their craft to perform services on all guests.
All guests are encouraged to show their appreciation to our Artists by providing cash only gratuity. The industry's standard is 15-20% of performed services. Only cash is accepted.
Scheduling, Cancellations and Late Appointments
We welcome walk-ins and will try to accomodate in the best way possible. However, booking ahead is the best way to guarantee an appointment on the day and time that works best for you. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service so we may better serve you at your scheduled appointment's time. In the instance that a reservation must be cancelled or rescheduled, it is advised that a 48-hour courtesy notice be taken into effect. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late or cancel after 48 hours may be charged up to HALF the amount of the scheduled service(s). This ensures that our next client will not be delayed. "No Show" appointments will be charged FULL price of the scheduled services. We require a 50% deposit on all packages including wedding services. If you must cancel your package(s), we must be notified at least one week (7 days) in advance.
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and refunds are limited to:
1) Services received cannot be refunded. If notified within 10 days, our Artists can adjust color services with no additional fees.
2) Product refunds will only be considered within 7 days of initial purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused, in original packaging and with original receipt.
3) No refunds are given for gift certificate orders.
4) Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD), as well as offer gift certificates that can be redeemed for any of our salon and skin services. Returned checks will be issued a $45 fee. We encourage gratuity to be made in cash only.
